All our prices include VAT and FREE P&P anywhere in the UK for orders 1 Kilogram or less in weight and minimum purchase of £15.00 (sorry we have had to implement a minimum order rate, postal price rises mean postage is dearer than some of our products).

Hi all, it was brought to our attention by one of our customers, that when she tried to buy her product from our site the transaction was refused. .
We mentioned this to our webdeveloper, and he said that it was due to the incompatibility of an early version of 'Internet Explorer' and our security system identifies a fault therein.
His advice was to inform our cutomer and suggest she update her 'internet explorer' to version 9, as the security at this level is far better.
This we did, and yes, she had an early version of internet explorer, she updated it to 'version 9' and all was well with the world once more. So the morale of the story is: if at first you don't succeed, try updating your browser, but we can always help so let us know if you ever have a problem.
