Thanks to the many years of people arguing and fighting for safe, natural and humanitarian methods of Farming; treatment of people, live-stock and crops, the world now has a fast growing availability of Organic, Wild, Fair Trade Farming and other Sustainable farms and processes nurturing our raw ingredients.

All our farmed raw ingredients can be traced back to their plantations.

Throughout their life cycle each ingredient is regulated to ensure consistent quality and non-corruption with cheap, ‘dead’, or dubious alternatives, all of our purchases come only from highly regulated producers and suppliers committed to quality processes and ethical practises.

None of our ingredients are sourced from, or at any time during their production have been tested on animals, nor have they come from abattoir or human by-products. All of our active ingredients, apart from beeswax and honey, are from vegetable sources, including our glycerine and sea silk.

Many ingredients are Food Grade, and have been passed by the various countries' Food Standards Agency, Soil Association, and Rain-forest Alliance etc (although the ‘end product’ is for external use only).

The ethical working conditions of workers around the world involved in producing and processing each ingredient is a crucial part of our selection process. We will not purchase from suppliers who deal with cruel and exploitative companies.

We are caring and diligent to every process in combining ingredients used in each skin care product, ensuring you find a combination that will work for you.

All raw ingredients have been tested for purity and quality we then have our recipe samples tested for quality and safety by an independent laboratory.

The anti fungal / bacterial qualities of some ingredients, act as natural preservatives. In several products these are enhanced to prevent bacterial growth and ensure safe shelf and use life.

Occasionally, some raw ingredients are harmed by unfavourable conditions and may mean that they are unavailable for some time. If this happens we will use an equal quality alternative.
