Delivery information

Free Carriage Offer (Via Royal Mail Standard Delivery)

In order to qualify for free carriage, your order total must be a maximum of 1 Kilogram in weight and £10.00 (GBP). Bulk purchases weighing in excess of 1 Kilogram are excluded from the free carriage offer. Free carriage only applies to orders shipped to a UK Mainland address. All other shipping destinations will receive a contribution towards the cost of carriage equivalent to the carriage cost that would have been incurred had the order been shipped to a UK Mainland address.

Delivery Rates

Currently delivery rates are calculated manually when your order is processed and is determined by your order weight, order dimensions and delivery address. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding our delivery costs.

 

 

Delivery Methods

 

We use a number of local and international carrier companies and will always use the most suitable and lowest cost for each order. All deliveries of bulk purchases are sent on a signed for service and will therefore require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.

Import Duty

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes in certain countries.. We recommend that, before ordering, you obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being dispatched to.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch orders ASAP, within 3-5 working days of purchase, although we will aim to dispatch within 2-3 days; after which delivery by First Class Post in the UK generally takes less than 2 days and Standard Parcels takes between 3-5 working days. 

Delivery times may alter during our busy period’s i.e. Easter, Bank Holidays, and Christmas etc.

Royal Mail aims to deliver good to Europe within 3 days and to the rest of the world within 5 days.

Out of Stock Items

While we strive to keep all our items well stocked, there may be rare occasions where we get caught short. If this happens on your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation and offer the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait an extra few days.
