Delivery Costs

All items delivered within the United Kingdom are shipped using Royal Mail Post and the cost will be calculated for you at the checkout.
Free postage and packaging is available on orders within the UK.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO ORDERS OUTSIDE UK.
Goods will not be shipped outside the UK without the appropriate shipping fee being paid.

Within the UK First Class Post will be used for all orders weighing less than 1.25kg and Standard Parcel for any orders over this.

Non-UK items are sent via Royal Mail Airsure (a tracked delivery service). Exact postage costs are calculated by weight and will be displayed at the checkout.

If when you proceed to checkout your country is not listed please contact us by e mail and we will send a return e mail advising relevant postal charges.

Orders weighing more than 2kg may be split to avoid the weight restrictions and charged accordingly.

Import Duty

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes in certain countries for which EcoASAP is not responsible. We recommend that, before ordering, you obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being dispatched to.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch orders ASAP, within 3-5 working days of purchase, after which delivery by First Class Post in the UK generally takes less than 2 days and Standard Parcels takes between 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail aims to deliver good to Europe within 3 days and to the rest of the world within 5 days.

Out of Stock Items

While we strive to keep all our items well stocked, there may be rare occasions where we get caught short. If this happens on your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation and offer the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait an extra few days.
