Swedish body massage is an incredibly relaxing experience for the whole body and the mind, while stimulating blood flow and the skin. It is a lighter massage than Remedial Massage and aimed at relaxation and balance, which improves the body's functions and energy release and encourages detoxification and healing and aids mental clarity.

As with all massage treatments, the skin is nourished with the application of quality oils or creams to help improve it's suppleness, strength and it's effectiveness as our first line of defence against environmental polutions, bacteria and virus.
Treatment sessions:
  • Up to 1 hour at £ 40.00
  • Up to half hour £25.00
